What did Maja prepare today?
raspberries and banana raw balls
- cups of ground oat flakes
- cups of Indian walnuts
- a full spoon of coconut protein
- full of spoon of cocoa
- 8 dates
- 1 large banana
- a little cup of raspberries
Grind Indian walnuts and add coconut protein, cocoa, oatmeal, and salt. Combine everything together in the blender. Add dates and blend, then add bananas and combine to the mixture. Make the balls from the mass, and add the raspberries in the middle of the balls.
