Today Maya made a phenomenal cake with cherries but in a healthy way! This treat will bring many back to childhood, and you can enjoy it without regret because all the ingredients are completely healthy!
Healthy Cake WITH cherries
- cup of cherries
- a spoon of agave syrup
- two spoons of chia seeds
Put the cherries in the dish and cook for 5 minutes. Add a spoon of agave syrup and, if desired, a vanilla flavor. Remove from the fire, pour two spoons of chia seeds and leave for 10 minutes to cool. Prepare dough for this time.
Ingredients for dough:
- half a cup of pallets
- cups of corn flour
- a cup of non-fat cheese
- half a cup of Greek yogurt
- three eggs
- two spoons of coconut oil
- a spoon of baking powder
- a half spoonful of baking soda
- half a teaspoon of potassium salt
- four spoons od agave syrup
Mix dry ingredients into a single bowl. In another dish, mix an egg white to become foamy, then add the yolk, melted coconut oil, agave syrup, and vanilla flavor as desired. Add dry ingredients and mix to connect nicely. Finally, add low-fat cheese and Greek yogurt, and stir until it connects.
Pour the mixture into a mold previously coated with coconut oil, so that the dough does not stick. Grease dough with a jam as desired and bake in an already heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the oven strength.
Done in just 40 minutes!
